Admissions
The school was established by, and for, the parishioners of Our Lady Immaculate Parish, Tolworth and St Catherine of Siena Parish, Chessington and Hook. The school exists primarily to serve the Catholic community and Catholic children have priority of admission. However, the Governing Body always welcomes all applications and, after consultation with the local authority, admits 60 children to the Reception classes, each year. Click the section you require further admissions information about from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
Appeals
The timetable for organising and hearing appeals is per the School Admission Appeals Code and the information detailed on page 6 of our Admissions Policy. Kingston will inform Parents/Carers on the 17th of April of the results of applications for a place in the school. Any appeal against a decision must be submitted by 20th May at 5 pm. An appeal form, a copy of the current Admissions Policy and a copy of the Diocesan guidelines for parents will be available from the school. An independent appeal panel will be arranged to hear any appeal with 10 days' notice given. Appeal hearings will take place within 40 school days of the deadline (the week commencing 10th July). Any other appeals ‘late’ or ‘in-year’ will be processed according to the School Admissions Appeal Code.
